NEXT WEEK IS THE FINAL WEDNESDAY LUNCH CLUB FOR THE YEAR… After the 12.30pm Mass next Wednesday, 13 December, we will be going out for Christmas Lunch. The LUNCH CLUB will resume again in early February 2018. Keep an eye open next year for the notice of its return in the parish bulletin. Stephanie, Devi, Father Wayne & Rossana wish all the LUNCH CLUB members a happy and holy Christmas. See you in 2018!
We take this opportunity to wish all the children and their families, along with the staff of St Thomas’ Primary School, a wonderful summer break. May it be a time of fun, rest, relaxation and charging of the batteries. I will miss all the laughter and happy sounds over the next weeks and look forward to your return in 2018. Merry Christmas to you all and God Bless. Keep safe. Fr Wayne
As you are aware, this Parish is part of the Archdiocese Safeguarding Program wherein we aim to promote the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable adults in our community. To date we have had only one Safeguarding Officer – Ralph Goodman. In order to fully comply with regulations we must have at least one female Safeguarding Officer as there must always be the opportunity to talk with a female. We are pleased to announce therefore that Janet Payton has agreed to take on this role and will join Ralph as a Safeguarding Officer. Janet’s contact details are available on the front page of the Parish Bulletin, and on the posters that are on display in the Church and Parish Centre.” Welcome on board Janet. I thank both Janet and Ralph for taking on these roles. Fr Wayne

You can be sure that every single dollar goes directly to those in need. Thank you.
